First Aid Training

The company provides CPR and first aid training for educational purposes, designed for parents, early childhood professionals, and anyone working with young children.

The objective of these training sessions is to impart basic knowledge and techniques to better respond in emergency situations within a supportive environment that respects each participant's learning pace. All courses are delivered in accordance with current standards.

Note: These training sessions focus on learning basic life-saving skills and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Registration and Participation

  • Booking: Registration for both group and private sessions is completed via the information provided on the website or during initial contact. Your spot is officially reserved once registration is confirmed.

  • Attendance: To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, participants are asked to arrive on time and attend the entire session. Respect for the instructor and other participants is required at all times.

  • Certification: If the training includes a certification, full participation is mandatory to receive it.

  • Session Management: The company reserves the right to interrupt a session only if the safety or proper conduct of the training is compromised.

Reservation and Security Policy

  • All reservations must be made via the website or the official form.

  • Requests made via private message (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) do not guarantee a spot.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is finalized.

 

Payment

  • All courses must be paid in full in advance to secure the time slot.

  • No travel will be undertaken without confirmed payment.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • General Rule: All registrations are considered final once confirmed.

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule to a later date, based on availability.

  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable as the spot has been reserved and materials prepared.

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen (e.g., illness, sick child, unexpected family situations). In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a solution, such as rescheduling.

  • Provider Cancellation: Payments are fully refundable if the session is cancelled by the company.

 

At-Home Course Requirements (Safety)

To ensure a safe environment for at-home services:

  • The full name, address, and phone number of the host must be provided at the time of booking.

  • The course must take place in a common area of the home (e.g., the living room).

  • The exact number of participants must be communicated in advance.

  • No unannounced persons may be present without prior notice.

  • Safety Clause: I reserve the right to terminate the session and leave the premises immediately if I feel uncomfortable or if the environment is unsafe.

 

Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality training aligned with current standards, no course can guarantee a specific outcome in a real-world emergency. Participants remain responsible for their own actions and decisions.

The company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of information or techniques taught during the training or found on this website. In a real emergency, always contact emergency services (911) or consult a healthcare professional.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for incidents arising from the application of concepts taught after the training has concluded. The company's liability is strictly limited to the services provided during the training session itself.

 

Intellectual Property

All content presented during training, including documents, website content, and pedagogical materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of the company. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
